  • Every member receives a one hour session with a personal trainer to set-up your new workout program and show you the equipment. You will also become acquainted with people who have the same goal as you do. You will meet others who are struggling with weight loss and who can you get needed advice from.   • We offer a licensed, certified nutritionist for more help with an often overlooked part of weight loss. Our team is dedicated to provide you the tools to achieve your goals.
  • The Fitness Plaza offers a variety of group cardio classes. Joining classes is a great way to meet people if you are new to the gym. Because power comes in number, this will serve to help you meet your fitness and weight loss goals. Classes will target key muscles in the body and burn a great deal of calories in the process. Classes at The Fitness Plaza are designed for all levels of fitness. If you are new and uncertain of the moves involved, we suggest you introduce yourself to the instructor prior to the class. Our instructors are trained to provide alternative movements if you have trouble performing a certain advanced movement. You will be surprised at how fast you will adapt and quickly be able to perform all the moves. Always remember to move at your own pace. For variety, we offer over 45 classes a week which include: Zumba, Piloxing, Step, Interval Training, Studio Cycling, Yoga, Pilates and Senior/Beginner Aerobics.
  • We offer free baby-sitting services from 8:15 AM to 8:00 PM weekdays and 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturdays. This complementary service is included with your membership and will greatly help parents of young children be able to workout regularly without worrying about getting a baby-sitter.
