Indoor Track

tour_trackAn indoor track is a great alternative to walking or running outside, giving decreased risk of injury due to pulled muscles or slipping on ice or snow. The Fitness Plaza features a large indoor walking/running track that encircles the main exercise area. The cushioned rubber surface track provides low impact resilience to your walking or running. Because the track is located adjacent to the resistance exercise machines, you can have a better workout by interspersing strength and walking or jogging between sets. In addition, the indoor track is the best way to warm-up or cool down before or after your workout.
